Barbara Yeaman has a magnet that says: Never, never, never give up.

"You never know what might be possible," says the 87 year old who founded the Delaware Highlands Conservancy land trust in 1994 at age 70 and has guided its success as it has protected more than 13,000 acres along the Upper Delaware River in Pennsylvania and New York.
